TELLER
STATUS: Full-Time, Hourly
LOCATION: Barron
POSITION SUMMARY: Sterling Bank is seeking to add a Teller position in our Barron, WI location. The Teller must be able to perform all over-the-counter customer services. Must also exercise accuracy, alertness, good judgment, courtesy, tact, patience and the ability to maintain confidentiality of the Bank’s records and customer transactions. Position will require prompt, efficient, and friendly services to customers, involving receipt and payment of cash, and to recognize customers’ needs with suggestion appropriate to the Bank’s services. Follow the established policies and procedures for this area, in accordance with the Bank and the supervisor’s direction.

MORTGAGE LENDER
STATUS: Full-Time, Hourly
LOCATION: Luck
POSITION SUMMARY: Sterling Bank is seeking to add a Mortgage Loan Officer position in our Luck, WI location. This position will be responsible to develop and manage a portfolio of Residential Real Estate Loan accounts that meet established lending requirements. Focus will be on Business Development in our market areas with a goal to continue to provide existing and potential borrowers outstanding service through the mortgage origination and servicing process. Position will require strong communication, analytical and organizational skills. Additional skills in Word, Excel and Power Point are also beneficial. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in banking operations, lending or positions related to the real estate industry.
