UNIVERSAL BANKER

STATUS: Full-Time, Hourly
LOCATION: Luck
POSITION SUMMARY: 
The Universal Banker is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships through accurately processing all customer transactions, gathering customer data to establish their banking relationship, referring other bank products and services as appropriate for the customer and managing customer accounts as necessary. Position will require excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively. Excellent listening, verbal communication and phone etiquette skills. Must be customer service driven with a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

TELLER
STATUS: Full-Time, Hourly
LOCATION: Barron
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Teller must be able to perform all over-the-counter customer services.  Must also exercise accuracy, alertness, good judgment, courtesy, tact, patience and the ability to maintain confidentiality of the Bank’s records and customer transactions. Position will require prompt, efficient, and friendly services to customers, involving receipt and payment of cash, and to recognize customers’ needs with suggestion appropriate to the Bank’s services.  Follow the established policies and procedures for this area, in accordance with the Bank and the supervisor’s direction.
