Aaron Weber

Aaron Weber begam his career at Sterling Bank in 2006. He was born and raised in Elmwood and is a graduate of UW-Stout. Prior to joining the Bank, he served as the Director of the Barron Area Community Center and helped to establish and manage a small business. Aaron also served as Men’s Basketball Coach at UW-Barron County for four seasons. He enjoys traveling, spending time on the water, following Wisconsin Badger basketball and football and supporting local sports teams. Aaron is actively involved with Barron Development Corporation (City of Barron), Barron Area Community Center, Barron Kiwanis, Barron Area Education Foundation, Barron Youth Sports, Lyndon Ellefson Memorial Run/Walk and Barron Chamber of Commerce.
Kelly Hibbs
Luck Branch President

Kelly Hibbs began her banking career in 1994. She and her family have lived in the Luck area for nearly three decades. She joined the Sterling Bank team in 2014 and became President of the Luck branch in October of 2023. Kelly enjoys spending time with family, traveling, boating and gardening. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Siren/Webster and currently serves as President of the Northwest Passage Board and Treasure of the Polk County Economic Development Corporation.
Corey Sheplee

Corey Sheplee has lived in Barron County for over 20 years. He joined Sterling Bank in 2003. Prior to becoming Branch President in Rice Lake in 2010, Corey served as a Loan Officer at Sterling Bank in Chetek. Corey played basketball at the University of North Dakota and enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities and sporting events. He and his wife have three children. Corey is an avid supporter of local sports and youth programs. He is actively involved with The Boys and Girls Club, coaching area boys’ and girls’ youth basketball teams and Red Cedar Community Church.
Terry Wirth

Terry Wirth was born and raised in Barron County. He grew up on a dairy farm near Prairie Farm and has lived nearly his entire life in the area. Prior to joining Sterling Bank in 1999, he owned and operated a dairy farm. Terry enjoys 4-wheeling, woodworking, farming and attending his granddaughter’s games and events. His focus is primarily on serving agriculture and commercial lending customers.
Josh Tomsovic

Josh Tomsovic joined the Sterling Bank team in 2023. He is a lifelong resident of Barron County and a graduate of Chetek High School. Josh has 10-plus years of local retail and retail management experience. He is actively involved with the Chamber of Commerce, youth softball and baseball programs in Chetek and with the Children’s Ministry of his church. Josh enjoys spending time with family, staying active with local sports leagues, and spending as much time outdoors (especially in the woods) as possible.
Travis Henry

Travis Henry is a graduate of UW-Eau Claire and a lifelong resident of Western Wisconsin. Travis joined Sterling Bank in 2013. In addition to working as a loan officer, Travis also serves as a credit analyst. Travis enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, hunting, fishing, traveling and watching sports. He is actively involved with the Chetek/Weyerhaeuser Youth Baseball and Softball program and the Stanley Sportsman’s Club. Travis enjoys building relationships with customers. Helping to change people's lives financially is the most rewarding part of his job.
Mike Kovacevich

Mike Kovacevich is a former small business owner in Barron County. He grew up in Bruce, WI and has lived in the area for more than 30 years. Mike worked for 18 years in the leasing industry in Chicago before joining Sterling Bank in 1999. He is an avid sports fan and participates in local civic organizations such as Rice Lake Area Mens Club and the Rice Lake Community Housing Board of Commissioners. His focus is primarily commercial lending. He really enjoys the daily interaction with other Sterling Bank employees and customers.

Darren Lentz grew up on a dairy farm near Dallas, WI and graduated from Barron High School. After attending UW-La Crosse, he taught middle school for five years in Amery WI. Darren joined the Sterling Bank team in 2014. He enjoys hunting, golf and watching sports. He is actively involved in Leadership Barron County, Cameron Basketball, Rotary of Rice Lake, Junior Achievement, Business Networking International, and the United Way of Rice Lake.
Rachel Schofield

Rachel has been a mortgage lender with Sterling Bank since 2002. Her main focus is real estate lending; helping customers determine the best financing options for purchases, refinances and remodeling or new construction. Outside of the bank, Rachel is involved in the music ministry at church and enjoys gardening, camping and spending time with her husband and daughters.
Collin Hanson

Collin Hanson joined the Sterling Bank team in 2023. He is a graduate of UW-Eau Claire and a lifelong resident of Rice Lake. Growing up in Northwest Wisconsin, Collin has always had a strong passion for the outdoors. His hobbies consist of chasing whitetails in the fall and long bearded turkeys in the spring. He is a board member for the Benjamin’s House Emergency Shelter and a volunteer for the Field of Dreams Hunt Program. You will also find him mentoring youth hunters during the Wisconsin Youth Deer and Turkey Hunts.
