Kelly Hibbs began her banking career in 1994. She and her family have lived in the Luck area for nearly three decades. She joined the Sterling Bank team in 2014 and became President of the Luck branch in October of 2023. Kelly enjoys spending time with family, traveling, boating and gardening.  She is a member of the Rotary Club of Siren/Webster and currently serves as President of the Northwest Passage Board and Treasurer of the Polk County Economic Development Corporation.

Rachel has been a mortgage lender with Sterling Bank since 2002. Her main focus is real estate lending; helping customers determine the best financing options for purchases, refinances and remodeling or new construction. Outside of the bank, Rachel is involved in the music ministry at church and enjoys gardening, camping and spending time with her husband and daughters.
