Aaron Weber began his career at Sterling Bank in 2006. He was born and raised in Elmwood and is a graduate of UW-Stout. Prior to joining the Bank, he served as the Director of the Barron Area Community Center and helped to establish and manage a small business. Aaron also served as Men’s Basketball Coach at UW-Barron County for four seasons. He enjoys traveling, spending time on the water, following Wisconsin Badger basketball and football and supporting local sports teams. Aaron is actively involved with Barron Development Corporation (City of Barron), Barron Area Community Center, Barron Kiwanis, Barron Area Education Foundation, Barron Youth Sports, Lyndon Ellefson Memorial Run/Walk and Barron Chamber of Commerce.

Rachel has been a mortgage lender with Sterling Bank since 2002. Her main focus is real estate lending; helping customers determine the best financing options for purchases, refinances and remodeling or new construction. Outside of the bank, Rachel is involved in the music ministry at church and enjoys gardening, camping and spending time with her husband and daughters.

Parker Buckley joined the Sterling Bank team in 2025, bringing strong local roots and a passion for helping individuals and businesses achieve long-term financial success. A Rice Lake native and multi-sport athlete, Parker competed at both the high school and collegiate football levels before building experience in the health and wellness industry. Drawn back to northwest Wisconsin, he saw joining Sterling Bank as an opportunity to serve the community that shaped him. Parker works across commercial and consumer lending, partnering with clients at every stage of life to help them recognize opportunities and grow with confidence.
