Tomsovic, Razim Named to New Roles at Sterling Bank in Chetek

CHETEK, Wis. – Sterling Bank is proud to announce the addition of Josh Tomsovic and the promotion of Chery Razim to Vice President roles at its Chetek branch. Tomsovic is a lifelong resident of Barron County and a graduate of Chetek High School. In addition to serving as a loan officer, he will be helping to lead administrative management duties at the branch. Razim, who has been with the Bank since 2007, previously served as Operations Supervisor.

“I am really excited about this opportunity,” Tomsovic said. “I enjoy being actively involved in helping customers achieve their financial goals and working with them to find solutions that best meet their needs. I am proud to represent a bank that serves the community I have been a part of for most of my life”.

Tomsovic, who has 10-plus years of local retail management experience, is actively involved with the Chamber of Commerce, local youth softball and baseball programs and with the Children’s Ministry of his church. He enjoys spending time with family, staying active with local sports leagues, and spending as much time outdoors (especially in the woods) as possible.

Razim has more than 40 years of banking experience. She served as Branch Manager and Vice President of banks in Northern Illinois prior to coming to Sterling Bank. In her new role, she will continue to supervise branch operations and help with management duties as well.

“I’m so proud to be an employee of Sterling Bank,” Razim said. “This new position will enable me to share my experience at all levels. I love being able to meet with customers and help them with their banking needs.”

Razim loves spending time with family and friends, boating, fishing, golfing and going to her grandchildren’s sporting events and birthday parties. She is an active member of the community, having served on the Mayo Northland Community Board of Directors and as Treasurer for the Tuesday Night Sunset View golf league. She is currently running for a seat on the Chetek/Weyerhaeuser Area School District school board.

“We are really fortunate to have people like Josh and Cheryl to step into these roles,” said Sterling Bank President Dave Lentz. “Their experience and knowledge of our community will help us continue to provide the type of service and professionalism that our customers have come to expect.”
